Training Workshops

Touch Systems provide in-depth training courses for clients who wish to make the most out of their Clarity™ Professional software. A series of targeted workshops have been designed to provide users with the skills to make the most out of Clarity and subsequently to reap the maximum benefits from their investment.

There are currently 5 workshops available, each focusing on a specific area of the software's functionality, except for the Clarity Basics training which gives users an overview of features within the core modules:-

• Clarity Basics
• Business Process
• Price List
• Administrator
• Report Builder

Users are advised to choose the workshop most suitable to their needs, whilst bearing in mind that the more advanced workshops will require competencies in basic Clarity use at the very minimum.

It is therefore recommended that users who are not familiar with Clarity attend the Clarity Basics and Business Process Workshops before embarking on specialist training such as Price List, Administrator and Report Builder Workshops.

All training takes place in the conference room at Touch Systems’ office in Solihull, Birmingham. Each workshop will combine seminar-style teaching on a small group basis (maximum 6 per workshop) with step-by-step demonstrations and examples using the software itself. Sessions will feature hands-on exercises that encourage users to test whether they have mastered their new skills.

Training workshops take place on most Friday mornings throughout each month. Refreshments are included and all workshops last approximately 3 hours each.
